Sign up sheets for our fall conferences are going home tomorrow. Parents are asked to sign up for three possible20 minute time slots. I will do my best to schedule you for one of those three time slots. Time slots will be given on a first come, first serve basis. For those of you who want to get a head start, click here for a pdf of the sign up sheet and return it with your child tomorrow.
An additional form is going home as well. As you may or may not know, I am going for my National Board certification this year and as part of the process, I will be videotaped teaching lessons and working with students. These videos will be used by the assessors to determine my eligibility for a National Board Certificate. Please sign and return the form letting me know whether or not you give your permmission to allow your child's image and voice to be seen and heard on the video. You can sign the form in your child's folder or just click here for a printable pdf.
PDF's of both forms can also be found in the sidebar.
