FYI

No math homework tonight. Students have been writing fiends working on their Young Authors Day (YAD) stories. Students will have tomorrow and next week to work on their stories in class. They will take their stories home during Spring Break with the expectation that they will email a final copy to me by Monday April 15.  More on that note to follow.

On an unrelated note, I found this article in Psychology Today regarding the benefits of learning cursive handwriting. I was rather pleasantly surprised by the writer's contentions and thought you might like to read the article as well.
