LITERACY:




  • Spelling Lists -A and B -/k/ and /kw sounds, List C Science rolling carts vocabulary
  • Grammar- the verb to be and helping verbs
  • Writing-Multiple prompts to single text Becoming a Writer
  • Read Aloud-Beezus and Ramona by Beverly Cleary
MATH
  • Relating multiplication to division
  • Relating quotients to familiar products i.e. using known multiplication facts to find solve division equations
  • Patterns in the Multiplication Table
SCIENCE
  • Predicting Motion of New Systems-Determining what rules help predict where a rolling cup turns
  • Twirly Birds -What happens to the motion of a twirly bird when the design changes?
