YAD Schedule of Events

The three YAD session rotations:

Session 1     9:15  – 10:00 am                  

Session 2    10:10 – 10:55 am                

Session 3    11:05  – 11:50 am  (1^st grade classes will need to regroup, wash hands and hustle off to the BBQ as quickly as possible!) 

 

 

Lunch and Recess Schedules for Young Authors’ Day:

(Note: Kids are dismissed to lunch recess as they finish eating.  As a result some kids will have a longer supervised recess than

others, but it all works out in the end. We set up extra tables during this lunch because so many parents also plan to eat during

the BBQ) We will try to manually ring the recess bells, but teachers will need to go out on the playground at the end of their

students’ lunch recess to try to round them up – this is because another grade level will remain on the playground for a while

longer, during these rolling lunches and recesses.
