Burke Museum
Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who chaperoned small groups of serious (and not so serious) students as they explored rocks and minerals at the Burke Museum. The children all seemed to enjoy themselves and they learned a little bit, too. They even got to navigate a bit of the University of Washington campus as they made their way to the George Cafe. All in all, it was a fun day. Thanks again to our parent volunteers. We couldn't take these trips without you! And thank you to Mr. Darby who thoughtfully arranged this trip although he might've done something about the rain :-)
