December Market Day

Thanks again to all of you who made our December Market Day such a big success. The kids had a great time and even got to invite their Reading Buddies. Our businesses made big profits selling items ranging from Christmas Tree ornaments, holiday jewelry, hot cocoa, and candy canes. The face painting was great fun. (Thanks CM#13, and J #23. I love my candy caned cheeks!) Our classroom had the perfect amount of baked goods as well, just enough to fuel us through our shopping, but not so much that we experienced sugar crashes. Way to be creative, Room 110! Finally, a special thanks to all the Eastgate staff and to all the parents who made a point of shopping here. Mrs. V., Mrs. H, you look festive with decorated faces!
