No Math Homework Tonight

With our Presiden'ts Day Assembly and then Library, we did not have time for math today. Consequently, we will have no math homework tonight. Think of today's "no homework" as a celebration in honor of the 22 new American citizens who were sworn in at today's assembly. Be sure to ask your child about this event. It was a surprisingly moving lesson in civics. We even heard a word of encouragement from the mayor of Bellevue. All in all, it was an exciting day for students at Eastgate.
